We appreciated the prompt response time from the owners. We did have an issue and when it was communicated to them, they responded quickly and appropriately. They are concerned with ensuring their guests have a pleasant stay.

Host was very accommodating we had trouble with the hot tub so the host traded off heating the swimming pool for us in exchange which was very nice.... Keurig coffee maker decided not to work and within hours the host had a new one there for us which was very nice. The host was always quick to answer any questions, we never felt frustrated.

The hosts were very responsive (and quickly) to all of my questions which is super important to me when we stay somewhere for a vacation. The house was gorgeous and well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. It was a bummer that the hot tub wasn't working while we were there, but the hosts made it right for us. The kids really enjoyed the pool. If you want a house that is super welcoming, this is a great one. Another plus is that we thought the beds were super comfortable. We had plenty of room for all 6 of us to stay and even had 2 guests visit for a few hours on our last day of our trip without any issues. It was a little bit further out from the Disney parks (in terms of traffic only- mileage isn't that much) but a good central location to all of the various kid-friendly adventures in Central Florida- but we dealt just fine. There was a large group of 20-something year olds that stayed a few houses down and were super loud into the wee hours of the morning but the hosts had no control over that. I would just suggest the phone number for security be included in the house folder to be reviewed upon arrival in case of something like that happening for other guests. Other than that hiccup, we would love to stay here again!
